but still move's me with that amount of passtion.
don't worry though as soon as i have some kind of video camra i'll put some up uf me and my boys.
Parkour is a movment..
it's an expresstion,
a sport,
a life stilye,
we do not take your conventional paths
we do not give in
we do not conform
if you want to stop us try and catch us...

parkour started as a branch of training for certain military units.
being as amazing as it is it took on a life of its own,
now people everywhere are looking at things in a diffrent way.
there are obsticals in our paths, we use them to over come what lay before us and smile as we stand looking down from atop them.
